A WordPress-powered enterprise brand experience — built for employers who need the right talent, and candidates who deserve the right opportunity.
Since 2016, Altum has placed over 10,000 candidates, built a presence across multiple zonal offices, and grown into one of India’s fast-rising staffing companies. The website should tell that story — and convert the visitors who arrive because of it.
Enterprise visual language that builds immediate trust with HR leaders and C-suite decision-makers from first impression — before a single call is made.
Distinct, optimised paths for Employers and Candidates — no dead ends, no diluted messaging. Every CTA leads somewhere meaningful.
Marketing and content teams publish, update, and launch pages without raising a developer ticket. The site works for Altum, not the other way around.
Five gaps identified from direct review of altum.co.in and the project brief.
Altum serves Employers and Candidates — two audiences with fundamentally different needs. Without clearly delineated paths for each, both land in an undifferentiated environment, leading to confusion and missed conversions.
Altum has placed 10,000+ candidates and has been growing since 2016. None of this is visually foregrounded in a way that builds trust with enterprise buyers. The revamp will deploy verified metrics, client logos, and case study evidence prominently above the fold.
Altum offers eight distinct service lines across two pillars and serves nineteen industry sectors. The current site does not present this depth in a way that helps enterprise buyers self-identify relevance.
The brief calls for Core Web Vitals compliance, Lighthouse score ≥90 desktop, full structured data (JSON-LD), canonical tags, Open Graph, and 301 redirects. The comprehensiveness of this list indicates these are substantially absent — suppressing organic visibility.
Without a CMS-driven architecture, Altum’s marketing team cannot publish Insights, update service copy, or add client logos without developer involvement. The revamp eliminates this bottleneck entirely.
